Update 3/26/17

I want to thank all of you for your help. I know you've spent your time
helping me because my "found" dog is appearing in places on the internet that
I wouldn't have gotten without exposure. The bad news (maybe good news)
is that I still have her.

I took her to the vet and found that she has an ear infection
and has most likely been chained or confined in a small fenced
area. The evidence is that her front teeth have been worn
down which happens to dogs who chew at chains. That
was not good news to me. I'm a dog lover and can't
stand to see animals abused. I still want to find the owner
because it could be someone who rescued her.

About 10 years ago, a yellow lab appeared at our front door.
We let her in and set out to find her owners. Never found them
so we kept this beautiful "FREE" lab. I want to share our story with
you. I think you'll all enjoy seeing the puppy pictures and reading
the story of our "FREE" dog. Click here to read my story.
I sincerely hope you enjoy reading this doggie story!

So that you know, I still hope to find the owner of the dog
I found. So if you'll continue to help me via social media. I would
truly appreciate it.

-----------------------

She's a bit overweight and moves slowly. Her tail is docked.
She is
very loveable and friendly.

She needs her family back. Please call if you know her.
She's lost, scared and misses her family.

FYI - I went to Garland Animal Services and it
is believed I missed her owner by 30 minutes. Her
owner did not leave his information. I'm afraid he
may not go back.

I've also taken her to the vet and had her scanned
for a chip. She has no chip. I've also taken the flyer
to many vets and emailed many vets as well.

I've been told that lost dogs find their homes if
posted on Facebook and Twitter. I am not in social media
but it's looking like I may need to get involved. Whoever owns
this dog has most likely told his friends so maybe one of his
friends will see your post. I do have the flyer
posted on the sites covering lost and found dogs.
